This customer's 1980's gravity system had a number of issues.  The system failed from tree roots growing in the drainlines and it was also discovered that 50% of the drainfield was on the neighbor's property.

We first fixed the drainfield by removing the roots and rerouting the drainlines from the neighbor's property.  This was a temporary fix (non-conforming system) that gave our customer the time needed to get a new septic plan approved by the county and to obtain a Craft3 loan.

We modified this system by adding a pump tank and pressurized drainfield.
